How to fund your Prepaid Account to contact our life advisors:
Prior to funding your Prepaid account you have to register an account with Astro Stern. Registering is completely free and takes only a few minutes to complete.
Click on the "Sign Up" button located in the upper right corner of the Astro Stern Website.
Filll out the form provided on the Sign Up page. If you're having difficulties filling out the form due to the form being in German, you can use the translation graphic below:
After registering an account you can sign in via the Login in button located in the upper right corner. Now you are prompted to enter your Login name and password.
Now you can fund your Account using either Sofortueberweisung or Paypal.
- If you wish to fund your account using Sofortueberweisung you need to Click on the Sofortueberweisung image on the Astro Stern site.
Follow the instructions displayed on your sreen. - If you wish to fund your account using Paypal you need to select the amount you wish to fund your account with and click on the "Jetzt kaufen" button.
Follow the instructions given by Paypal.
